We can help set up any new club and the associated panel of players such that everything can then be run from the phone but there is also a separate Pathway4Teams web application which will allow you to do this yourself plus make any changes or additions to the Panel or Management users.
Better Post-Game Analysis
Once the Game is over Management then have an opportunity to meet and assign individual Player Performance Ratings from 1 to 10 for the game and this can be done on the phone including referencing the individual game stats per player from the game
The Stats report can be viewed in PDF format right throughout a game and summarized after the game but for post-game analysis the data can also be exported to Excel which will allow management to do their own analysis on the Key Stats which are critical to the way the Management wish the team to play i.e. for Soccer the Management may wish to look at Tackles Made or Passes Completed or Creative Possessions by individual player or for Gaelic Games the Management may want to see Puck Out or Kick Out Won/Lost , Turnovers Won/Lost, Breaking Ball Won/Lost etc etc and quickly being able to see which players performed best in a Game and which players might need some improvement. Once the raw data is available in Excel it is easy to create simple charts to show individual as well as team performance and look at any specific Game Stat or look at a combination of stats by team or by player.
Review Individual and Team Performance over Multiple Games
Achieving consistency of performance is a goal of most Management teams and by exporting data from multiple games and combining this data Management have the ability to review specific aspects of performance across individual or multiple games. This data can then be viewed in different ways facilitate a deeper analysis, either focused on individual Stats or focused on individual player performance across multiple Stats which can help in addressing overall team deficiencies and also in providing more precise and meaningful feedback to the individual player thus driving for that next level of performance.
