Pathway4Teams provides secure user access to each member of the Management team such that everyone can see the same data "live" during the game.
Unlike other more basic, single-user applications Pathway4Teams will allow one or more members of the management team to enter “live” stats data during a Game and this data can then be viewed throughout the game by all other members of the management and backroom team. This allows faster and more reliable decision-making on the sideline. The Game data is individualized by player and at half time and after the game each player can be provided with a summary of their own performance as well as the overall team performance.

Make the Right Decisions during a Game by having access to real-time Data
Statistics and Data in a sports environment are becoming more and more important especially at a level where a team is trying to maximize it's performance but in reality it is the ability of the management team to be able to interpret what the Data is telling them and to make the Right Decisions in a pressurized environment during a Game which can often be the difference between winning and losing.
Pathway4Teams provides "live" Data throughout the game with each member of the management and coaching team having access to the team Stats on their phone on the sideline as well as a breakdown of each individual player's contribution to those Stats. To help the management team quickly assess the Game, Pathway4Teams also has a simple graphical, colour coded summary representation of the key Stats gives an alternative faster visual summary which can facilitate faster decoision-making.
The Stats capture and display works exactly the same for Soccer, Hurling/Camogie and Gaelic Football/Ladies Football with a sport-specific Team Layout and sport-specific Stats buttons to suit the game in question.
Player-centric Approach
Immediately following a Game the management team have the opportunity to rate the player's individual performance from 1 to 10 and this is generally done as a collective and based on a flexible criteria suitable for the team in question. Players are generally very keen to get feedback on how they performed and providing this type of input along with access to the Stats data from the game for each individual player can provide management with a very good mechanism for providing structured feedback which is not subjective and which can be of help in developing players and focusing on areas for improvement..
Away from the In-Game aspect, Pathway4Teams also collects other data which will facilitate 1:1 communication and feedback between Management and Player. For Hurling/Camogie, Gaelic Football/Ladies Football and also for Soccer the most important Skills can also be assessed for each Player in Training and Games over the course of the season and aside from being able to identify areas for individual players to focus on for improvement, this can also provide management with a view of the overall panel and identify any common Skill deficiencies which might require putting in place specific training drills to improve the Skill levels across the board. Every player is different, with different personalities, temperaments and skill levels but by enabling Management to have access to the right data, more time can be put into developing every single player to be the best they can possibly be.
