Created based on first hand Club experience

Pathway4Teams was created based on first hand experience of being involved with club teams at both underage and adult level in both Soccer and Gaelic Games, both as a player and as a coach, and seeing a real need to capture better individual player data, match data and data relating to skill levels in order to provide better coaching input for the players but also to facilitate better management communication and sound decision-making throughout the season.

The design of an Application to solve this included interviews with many Soccer & GAA managers, coaches and players and working closely with our excellent Development partner WorkflowFactory we then put our ideas into action
